We currently have an opportunity for a dynamic sales and business development manager to join the Saline family, working directly with clients whose focus is on improving our planet and society.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated, well-organized individual who has a good understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. You will ideally have broad sector experience, and a strong interest in areas such as ESG, Carbon Reduction and Biodiversity. You’ll be as comfortable with picking up the phone to talk to clients as you will meeting and presenting, drafting sales reports, finding new angles and markets to approach, and attending on-site visits and industry events.

People skills are paramount, and candidates will be accustomed to working to targets. Remote working will be considered.


  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Grow and manage relationships at all levels on behalf of Saline and our clients
  • Manage Saline client accounts, including reporting, strategy and targets
  • Develop and follow opportunity pipelines


  • Experience in developing and delivering presentations to varied audiences
  • 3+ years’ of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An established networker
  • Ability to travel
