Time for us to share some springtime updates – our team is growing! And as we onboard new clients and welcome new talent, we’re also delighted to announce some milestone promotions within the team.
Ryan Wilson, who joined us in 2018, and Tom Matthews who joined in 2020 have both been promoted to the role of Senior Account Manager. Tom and Ryan will now have more direct strategic input into SALINE’s business operations and future development, as well as managing, training and mentoring other staff members.
The culture here is one of support, collaboration and inclusion, and it’s a very special thing to be part of.
Reflecting on his journey with SALINE, Ryan tells us:
“Over the past four years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, each with their unique needs and requirements, and this has meant that I’ve constantly been challenged to learn, grow, and adapt my skills and approach. Now as a Senior Account Manager, I’m excited to build on these experiences and take on even more complex challenges, while mentoring and supporting junior colleagues in their own career development.”

The future for SALINE looks bright, as MD Tim Smith explains:

We’ve identified the key milestones that will enable us to grow steadily and sustainably while achieving maximum impact for our clients, so this feels like a very exciting time for us. We are thrilled that more clients are choosing to partner with us to deliver on their ESG and business development goals.”
